Grown by 219 smallholder families on the slopes of Mutara Hill in Kirundo, Burundi's warm, dry far north. Many farms here are run by women heading their households, and by young farmers who took over the family plot early. Together they've built a community lot that punches well above its weight.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eKirundo's climate is made for naturals: clean, expressive cups, but only with careful, patient drying. That care comes through Cafex, one of our longest-standing partners in Burundi.
