This coffee comes Baudilio Lemus, who farms in the south of Guatemala. Baudilio's father first planted coffee trees 62 years on less than a hectare of land and dedicated himself to learning everything about coffee cultivation. Gradually, they expanded their coffee plantings, making steady progress. Around 40 years ago, they began processing their own coffee, and Baudilio has continually refined his techniques to produce the highest quality beans. On their farm, they not only nurture native shade trees but also actively protect small springs and water sources, ensuring the environmental health of the area.
