We generally roast to order and orders will usually be sent within 7 days of being roasted, no more than 2 weeks off roast. Which means it will be perfect and ready to brewed!

Generally, filter coffees will be slightly lighter roasts, giving a cleaner tasting coffee that will be best enjoyed as a black, filter coffee. Espresso roasts are generally slightly darker roasts, with more body and richer flavours that will likely pair better with milk in your flat white!

The actual "strength" of the coffee is often referring to the how dark the roast is. A lighter roasted coffee will be more fruiter and cleaner tasting, whilst darker roasts will have richer, more bitter flavour profiles. Any of our espresso roasts will likely be our "strongest" coffees!
