Keeping your coffee in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place, out of sunlight is the best way of preserving freshness and flavour!

Whilst coffee does not spoil, the more time from the roast date, flavour will fade. It is best to drink coffee within 4-6weeks of the roast date, however can still be enjoyed up to 3 months of being roasted. Coffee roasted longer than this will just have much more muted flavour and aroma from the coffee, but will still be able to be drunk.
