Cajamarca
SMOOTH CHOCOLATE, CARAMEL AND CLEAN APPLE NOTES IN YOUR CUP
Smooth, sweet, and beautifully balanced — Cajamarce is everything we love about Peruvian coffee, delivering a classic, comforting flavour profile that makes it so versatile.
Nestled in the northern Peruvian Andes, Cajamarca is a landscape of forested mountains and fertile valleys, shaped by rivers, mist and dramatic changes in altitude. Cooler and wetter than much of Peru, its highlands rise well above 2,000 metres, creating a mosaic of microclimates that set the rhythm of life and farming across the region.
Grown high in the Cajamarca region and washed processed for clarity, this coffee is all about refined sweetness and soft, rounded acidity. Expect flavour notes of apple, milk chocolate and caramel. A clean, classic combination that sits as an easy drinking, crowd pleasing coffee - chocolate, smooth and balanced apple notes coming through to bring another interesting dimension to the flavour profile.
On espresso, it’s mellow, sweet and nutty with a buttery mouthfeel.
Brewed as filter, you’ll get that clean, chocolatey and delicate fruit note and lingering sweetness that makes this coffee so versatile.

We roast fresh coffee every single week. We guarantee that your order will be dispatched no longer than 10 days from being roasted.
We generally recommend the peak time to brew and extract the best flavours in coffee after at least 1 week for filter coffee and 2 weeks for espresso. Allowing coffee to rest and degas after roasting allows for better flavour extraction when brewing.
