Ugandan Moon
Produced in : Uganda
Region : Rwenzori Mountains
Best Brewed as : Filter
Roast Degree : Medium
Notes of : Stewed Plum, Kiwi & Caramel
Zero waste to landfill: All of our packaging is fully compostable
Bold, bright, and brimming with soul – Ugandan Moon is a medium roast that sings with notes of stewed plum, zesty kiwi, and smooth, buttery caramel. It's a cup that captures the drama of Uganda’s Rwenzori Mountains – a lush, mist-draped range known as the “Mountains of the Moon”.
This is more than just coffee. It’s the essence of East Africa in your mug – juicy, layered, and utterly irresistible. Each sip takes you to terraced hillsides and volcanic soils where generations of smallholder farmers hand-pick ripe cherries with care and craft.
Responsibly sourced and roasted with purpose, Ugandan Moon comes in fully compostable packaging and supports farmers with prices well above Fairtrade standards. It’s coffee with character, conscience, and a whole lot of flavour. This lot is harvested by 300-500 smallholder farmers, who carefully contribute to each lot of Agri Evolve’s coffee. With the average farm size of these small holders is about 1.5-2.2 acres, great care and consideration has gone into the processing of this coffee.
